Ettehad clinched the Arab Club Championship trophy. They overcame hosting Beirut in the Final. Ramon Galloway (190-SG-91, college: La Salle) scored 23 points to lead the winners.
Ettehad posted a 24:12 lead after the opening frame. The Egyptian team boosted the margin at 15-point mark 40:25. Beirut narrowed the distance at 12-point mark at the final break. They unleashed 29 points in the fourth period but could not avoid the loss. Ahmad Al-Raii had 22 points in the victory. Ali Haidar (201-F-90, college: Michigan Tech) answered with 20 points and 9 rebounds for Beirut.
