Home Court: New Cebu City Coliseum
The M. Lhuillier-Cebu City Jewelers of businessman Michel Lhuillier have dominated the basketball scene in Southern Philippines the last three decades. The team has won almost all the tournaments they have participated in, including a couple of foreign-flavored ones. With no competition left, the Jewelers have traveled to other areas looking for new challenges. In September of 2004, the team embarked on a new chapter as one of the founders of the United Regional Basketball League (URBL) and quickly made its presence felt by winning the league’s very first championship.
