#1. Experienced Michael Parker (6'8''-F-81, graduated '03, plays pro in Japan). He could not help Gunma (2-2) to beat Koshigaya Alphas (3-1) in the Japanese B2 League. Parker scored 9 points, had 8 rebounds and dished 5 assists in 28 minutes. But the fourth-placed Gunma (2-2) were defeated85-70on the road by the higher-ranked Koshigaya Alphas (#3) in the East group. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Parker's first year with the team. He has relatively good stats this season 11.8ppg, 8.0rpg and 2.8apg. Parker is a naturalized Japanese.
