#1. Experienced Alex Young (6'6''-F-1989, played in 2008-12, plays pro in Saudi Arabia) could not help Al Salam (2-3) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Al Salam was crushed112-73 on the road by the higher-ranked (#4) Al Ittihad. Young was the top scorer with 34 points. He also added 6 rebounds and 4 assists in 40 minutes. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Young's first year with the team. Young has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 32.2ppg, 10.2rpg, 3.0apg and 1.6spg in five games he played so far.
#2. Leo Svete (6'5''-F, played in 2014-16, plays in El Salvador) was not able to help the league outsider Brujos (0-14) in their last game on Tuesday. Despite his very good performance the bottom-ranked Brujos was defeated 115-105 in Santa Ana by the higher-ranked Santa Ana (#6). Svete scored 16 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. This season Svete has very high stats. He averages 18.7ppg, 5.3rpg and 1.3apg.
