Look at great performance of Amedeo Della Valle (11 points), Andre Wesson (18 points), and Justice Sueing (13 points).



   #1. Experienced Italian champion Amedeo Della Valle, a 6'4'' shooting guard aged 33, who graduated from Ohio St. in 2014 and currently plays professionally in Italy, showcased his skills by leading Brescia to a convincing 90-75 victory over the eighth-ranked Trieste in the Italian Serie A on Monday night. In an impressive display, he scored 11 points, secured 4 rebounds, and provided 5 assists, with a perfect 5-for-5 free throw performance, all within 34 minutes of play. Brescia Leonessa, with a record of 21-7, holds the second position in the league standings, with Della Valle now in his fourth season with the team. His exceptional performance against Trieste not only contributed significantly to the win but also demonstrated his prowess as a finalist. Della Valle has been having a standout season individually, boasting impressive averages of 16.1 points, 3.0 rebounds, 4.7 assists, and 1.2 steals per game, further solidifying his position as a key player in the league.

   #2. Andre Wesson, a 6'6'' forward and Buckeyes alumni from 2020, showcased his skills as a professional player in Slovakia. In a recent game, he played a crucial role in Patrioti Levice's impressive 93-72 victory over the closely-ranked Slovan team, who had a record of 23-13. Wesson's stellar performance saw him scoring 18 points and grabbing 7 rebounds in just 30 minutes of play. This game was a highly anticipated match between two top 4 ranked teams in the Slovakian Tipos Slovenska Basketbalova Liga. Patrioti Levice, where Wesson is currently playing in his first season, holds the top spot in the league with a record of 30-6. Wesson's contributions on the court have been significant throughout the season, with an average of 14.5 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game. His standout performance against Slovan further solidified his position as a key player for the team, helping them secure the victory and advance as the finalists in the league.

   #3. Justice Sueing, a 6'6'' forward who graduated from Ohio State in 2023 and received the All-Big Ten Honorable Mention award, is currently playing professionally in Portugal. He recently showcased his skills as a key player for Benfica in their dominant 98-76 victory over Oliveirense, the fifth-ranked team in the Portuguese Liga Betclic Masculina. Sueing's remarkable performance included a double-double, with 13 points and 10 rebounds in just 22 minutes of play. Sport Lisboa Benfica, with a record of 20-2, holds the top spot in the league standings, thanks in part to Sueing's contributions. This win marked the team's fifth consecutive victory, highlighting their strong form this season. Despite it being his first season with the team, Sueing has quickly made an impact, averaging impressive statistics of 13.5 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.2 steals per game. Sueing's stellar performance against Oliveirense was instrumental in guiding his team to victory and ultimately earning them the title of champion in the match.

   #4. Duane Washington Jr., a 6'3'' guard and 26-year-old Buckeyes alum from the class of 2021, is currently showcasing his talents as a professional basketball player in Serbia. Recently, he made a significant impact in a crucial matchup between Partizan and Crvena zvezda in the AdmiralBet ABA League. Despite only playing 13 minutes, Washington Jr. managed to score 7 points and contribute 2 rebounds and 2 assists to help secure a crucial 89-78 victory for his team. This game was highly anticipated as it featured two closely-ranked teams in a derby match. Partizan emerged victorious, thanks in large part to Washington Jr.'s stellar performance on the court. His impressive display not only demonstrated his individual skill but also highlighted his role as a champion in leading his team to success. Throughout the season, Washington Jr. has consistently delivered strong performances, averaging an impressive 19.5 points per game along with 1.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.1 steals. His contributions have been instrumental in Partizan's success, solidifying his reputation as a standout player and a finalist in the league.

   #5. David Lighty, a 6'5'' guard/forward who graduated from Ohio State in 2011, continues to showcase his skills as he plays professionally in France. Recently, he played a significant role in LDLC ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket's 75-67 victory over Cholet Basket in the French Betclic ELITE, contributing 7 points in 26 minutes of play. LDLC ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket, currently ranked fourth in the league with a record of 20-10, secured their sixth consecutive win, thanks in part to Lighty's consistent performance on the court. This marks Lighty's sixth season with the team, where he has been a valuable asset in their pursuit of success. Against Cholet, Lighty not only scored 7 points but also grabbed 2 rebounds and provided 1 assist, demonstrating his versatility and impact on the game. With an average of 5.8 points per game and 1.2 rebounds per game this season, Lighty continues to be a key player for his team as they aim to excel in the league. His contributions were instrumental in leading LDLC ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket to victory and ultimately emerging as the champion in that particular match.

   #6. Dale Bonner, a 6'2'' guard who is 26 years old and an alumnus of the Buckeyes from 2024, currently plays professionally in Poland. Despite his best efforts, he was unable to lead MKS Dabrowa Gornicza to victory against Legia. In a valiant effort, Bonner managed to score 7 points and distribute 8 assists in 27 minutes of play, showcasing his skills on the court. Unfortunately, his team suffered a 98-86 defeat. Throughout the season, Bonner has maintained solid statistics, averaging 10.6 points, 2.3 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 1.4 steals per game. His performance against Legia highlighted his capabilities as a player, demonstrating his scoring and playmaking abilities. It is worth noting that Bonner previously participated in the Eurobasket Summer League, a prestigious platform for players aspiring to compete in international basketball.

   #7. Jamari Wheeler, a 28-year-old guard standing at 6'1'' who graduated from Ohio State in 2022, currently plays professionally in Croatia. In a recent game, he unfortunately couldn't lead Dubrovnik to victory against Zadar. Despite his valiant efforts, recording 9 points and 3 steals in 32 minutes of play, his team suffered a tough loss, with Zadar triumphing by a significant 26-point margin, 83-57. Wheeler showcased his skills and determination in the game, contributing 9 points, 2 rebounds, and 1 assist. His performance was commendable, reflecting his season's relatively strong statistics of 10.7 points per game, 3.0 rebounds per game, 4.3 assists per game, and 2.3 steals per game, making him the league's leader in steals. Even though the outcome was not in his favor this time, Wheeler's efforts and abilities as a player are undeniable.

   #8. Zed Key, a 6'8'' forward who is 24 years old, previously played for Ohio State between 2020 and 2024 before joining the Flyers alumni in 2025. Currently, he is playing professionally in the Czech Republic. In a recent game, Key made a significant impact for Pardubice as they secured a 98-87 victory over the third-ranked Brno in the Czech Republic Maxa NBL. Despite only playing for 13 minutes, Key managed to contribute 8 points and 3 rebounds against Brno. His performance played a crucial role in helping his team emerge as the champion in that match. Key has been showcasing strong performances throughout the season, averaging 13.2 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks per game, making him a standout player and a finalist for the league's leader in blocks.

   #9. Kaleb Wesson, a 26-year-old center/forward who graduated from Ohio State University in 2020 and received the USBWA All-District V Team award that same year, currently plays professionally in Indonesia. In a recent game, he led Borneo to a thrilling victory over the seventh-ranked Kesatria with a final score of 111-103 in the Indonesian Basketball League. Wesson showcased his skills by achieving a double-double with 24 points and 14 rebounds, along with an impressive 6 blocks in 45 minutes of play. His standout performance against Kesatria included scoring 24 points, grabbing 14 rebounds, and contributing 2 assists, which ultimately secured the win for his team. Wesson's exceptional display on the court even earned him the prestigious Triple-Double Badge from eurobasket.com. Throughout the season, Wesson has maintained solid statistics, averaging 14.6 points per game, 10.9 rebounds per game, 2.5 assists per game, and 2.3 blocks per game (ranking third best in the league), along with 1.3 steals per game.

   #10. C.J. Jackson, a 6'1'' point guard and 30-year-old Buckeyes alumni from 2019, currently playing professionally in Vietnam, was unable to lead the Nhatrang Dolphins (0-2) to victory in their recent game last Thursday. Despite Jackson's stellar performance, the last-place Dolphins were decisively defeated 116-92 on the road by the top-ranked Buffaloes. In the game, Jackson stood out as the top scorer, contributing 20 points to the team's effort. He also showcased his versatility by grabbing 9 rebounds during his 30 minutes on the court. Although Jackson displayed an impressive performance against the Buffaloes, scoring 20 points, securing 9 rebounds, and providing 1 assist, his team ultimately fell short. Throughout the season, Jackson has maintained strong individual statistics, averaging 16.0 points per game, 7.0 rebounds per game, and 2.5 assists per game. His consistent performance highlights his contribution to the team despite the challenges faced by the Nhatrang Dolphins.
