We bring you last week's top former Bulldogs players who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Maya Caldwell, a 5'11'' guard who is 27 years old and graduated from Georgia in 2021, is currently playing professionally in the WNBA. She earned the SEC All-Tournament Team award in her final year at Georgia. Recently, Caldwell contributed significantly to the Minnesota Lynx's triumph over the Chicago Sky with a decisive score of 79-58 in the Women's National Basketball Association. In that game, she showcased her skills by scoring 5 points and grabbing 4 rebounds in just 17 minutes of play. Despite the Minnesota Lynx having a somewhat modest 6-2 record this season, Caldwell's performance helped secure their fourth consecutive victory. It's worth noting that the season is still in its early stages, and anything could happen as teams continue to compete. Caldwell's noteworthy contributions on the court were pivotal in her team emerging as the champions of the game against Chicago Sky. In her appearances this season, Caldwell has been averaging 4.5 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game across the eight games she has played so far. Her consistent play and significant impact on the game highlight her importance as a key player for the Minnesota Lynx.

#2. Que Morrison, a 27-year-old guard standing at 5'8" and a Bulldogs alumnus from the class of 2022, currently excelling in the UPSHOT league. Recently, she showcased her talent by aiding the Savannah Steel in a significant victory over the Charlotte Crown with a score of 90-78. In that game, she demonstrated her versatility by contributing 5 points, grabbing 5 rebounds, and distributing 4 assists in just 20 minutes of play. The match was a highly anticipated showdown between two top 4 ranked teams, and Morrison's stellar performance was instrumental in securing the win for her team, allowing them to advance to the final. The Savannah Steel, despite their somewhat modest 4-3 season record, have been on a winning streak, claiming their third consecutive victory. Morrison's statistics for the season further highlight her value to the team, with an average of 5.0 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 1.4 steals per game in the seven games played so far. Her exceptional skills and contributions on the court have undoubtedly played a pivotal role in propelling her team to success, positioning them as strong contenders to become the champion of the league.

#3. Javyn Nicholson, a 6'2'' forward aged 24, who graduated from Georgia in 2024 and received the All-SEC Second Team award that year, currently plays professionally in Australia. In a recent game, she led the McKinnon Cougars to a resounding 100-49 victory over the sixth-ranked Hume City Broncos in the Australian Big V, which is the third division league. Nicholson's stellar performance earned her the MVP title of the game after achieving a double-double with 22 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals in just 26 minutes of play. This remarkable display of skills is especially impressive considering that Nicholson is only in her second season in professional basketball. The McKinnon Cougars, with a record of 9-1, hold the second position in the league standings, with this win marking their sixth consecutive victory. Nicholson's exceptional performance against Hume City Broncos showcased her as a standout player, ultimately leading her team to success. As a result of her outstanding contributions, Nicholson was awarded the prestigious Triple-Double Badge by eurobasket.com, solidifying her reputation as a champion on the court. Throughout the season, Nicholson has maintained impressive individual statistics, averaging 18.3 points per game, 7.7 rebounds per game, and 3.7 assists per game across three games. Her consistent high-level performance demonstrates her importance to the McKinnon Cougars and establishes her as a formidable finalist in the league.
