#1. Experienced Donald Robinson (6'4''-G-1989, played in 2008-12, plays pro in Mexico) could not help Pioneros de Los Mochis (8-15) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Pioneros de Los Mochis was badly defeated104-88 on the road by the second-ranked Astros. Robinson was the second best scorer with 19 points. He also added 3 assists in 37 minutes. Robinson has relatively good stats this year 14.7ppg, 5.0rpg and 1.7apg in three games he played so far.
#2. Brandon Shingles (6'1''-G, played in 2016-19, plays in Thailand) led Bangkok Uprise Revolt to a victory against the league outsider Pirates (0-5) 96-83 in a derby game in the Thailand TEBA (second division) last Sunday. He scored 18 points, had 6 rebounds and dished 6 assists. It was his first game for Bangkok Uprise Revolt this season. His team is placed second from the bottom (#5) in the TEBA. It was Bangkok Uprise Revolt's first victory after five consecutive loses. Shingles' team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. Worth to mention Shingles played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.
#3. Tamon Scruggs (6'4''-G-1999, played in 2017-22, currently in the TBL) contributed to a West Virginia Grind's victory against the Glass City Wranglers (11-6) 105-98 in the TBL on Friday night. He scored 17 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 20 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Scruggs' first season in pro basketball. The West Virginia Grind has rather weak 3-6 record this season. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This year Scruggs averages 10.0ppg and 6.4rpg in eight games.
#4. Andreas Jonsson (6'2''-G-1998, played in 2018-22, plays pro in Spain) managed to help Cantbasket 04 to win against the eighth-ranked Easo (13-13) 67-62 in the Spanish EBA (fourth division) in Saturday night's game. He scored only 3 points. Cantbasket 04 (16-10) is placed fourth in Group A-A. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. The Regular Season already ended. This season Jonsson averages 9.9ppg, 1.6rpg and 1.2apg.
