Every week we bring you a list of the top former Eagles players who continue their career in pro basketball.
Especially interesting is good performance of Sam Sessoms (19 points), Luka Tekavcic (0 points), and Daniel Titus (0 points).

#1. Sam Sessoms, a 6'0'' point guard who graduated from Coppin St. in 2023 and received the All-MEAC First Team award that year, currently plays professionally in Romania. In a recent game, he was unable to lead his team, Craiova (17-11), to a victory as they lost in overtime 94-102 to the second-ranked Dinamo Bucuresti on the road. Despite the loss, Sessoms showcased an outstanding performance, achieving a double-double by scoring 19 points, making 11 assists, and grabbing 9 rebounds in 33 minutes of play. This impressive display is even more noteworthy as Sessoms is only in his third season of professional basketball. In the match against Dinamo Bucuresti, he continued to shine by contributing 19 points, 9 rebounds, and 11 assists. However, despite his remarkable efforts, Craiova fell short of securing the win. Throughout the season, Sessoms has excelled individually, boasting impressive statistics. He leads the league in scoring with an average of 20.6 points per game, while also averaging 3.8 rebounds, 6.4 assists (ranking third in the league), and 1.1 steals in the 34 games he has played so far. His stellar performance on the court has solidified his position as a standout player in the league.

#2. Slovenian Luka Tekavcic, a 24-year-old forward standing at 6'11'' and an Eagles alumnus from 2024, showcased his skills in a crucial game for Hoops in the Lebanese Decathlon Lebanese Basketball League. In Sunday night's matchup, Hoops secured a narrow 85-82 victory over the ninth-ranked NSA team, with Tekavcic proving to be a vital asset. Despite it being his first game of the season for Hoops, he made a significant impact by scoring 6 points and making 2 crucial blocks in just 21 minutes of play. Currently, Tekavcic's team holds the third position in the league standings, with only two games remaining in the Regular Season. Every game now becomes pivotal as they aim to secure a strong finish and potentially improve their standings. In this important game against NSA, Tekavcic's stellar performance included not only his scoring and defensive contributions but also 3 rebounds and 2 assists. His exceptional display on the court was instrumental in leading his team to victory, highlighting his capabilities and confirming his status as a champion.

#3. Australian Daniel Titus, a 26-year-old forward standing at 6'8'' and a graduate of Coppin St. in 2023, showcased his prowess as a player in the recent game for the Hornsby Ku-ring-Gai Spiders. The team achieved a surprising victory against the fourth-ranked Canberra Gunners with a score of 73-63 in the Australian NBL One, the second division of Australian basketball. Titus, playing professionally in Australia, was a standout performer in Saturday night's game, demonstrating his skills and leading his team to success. Titus delivered an impressive double-double performance, scoring 17 points, securing 11 rebounds, and providing 4 assists in just 29 minutes of play. This remarkable feat is even more noteworthy as Titus is only in his third season in professional basketball. The Hornsby Ku-ring-Gai Spiders, currently placed 14th in the East group with a record of 2-9, greatly benefited from Titus' stellar performance against the Canberra Gunners. With an average of 13.9 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.3 blocks per game in nine appearances this season, Titus has been maintaining solid statistics. His exceptional showing in the recent game earned him the coveted Triple-Double Badge from eurobasket.com, further cementing his reputation as a champion on the court. Titus continues to prove himself as a formidable player, making significant contributions to his team's success and leaving a lasting impact as a finalist in the Australian NBL One.

#4. Experienced champion Jahvari Josiah, a 6'4'' guard who is 33 years old and an Eagles alumnus from 2015, is currently playing professionally in Mexico. Despite his best efforts, Josiah could not lead Halcones de Ciudad Obregon (23-17) to victory over the Toros (18-22) in the Mexican Circuito de Baloncesto de la Costa del Pacifico. In a closely contested match, Halcones de Ciudad Obregon was narrowly defeated 90-87 by the lower-ranked (#6) Toros in Nuevo Laredo. During the game, Josiah contributed 6 points and 1 rebound in 28 minutes of play, showcasing his skills on the court. Despite his impressive individual performance, his team was unable to secure the win against the Toros. Throughout the current season, Josiah has been maintaining solid averages of 9.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 1.1 steals per game across 38 appearances. It is worth noting that Jahvari Josiah is a naturalized American player, bringing his talent and experience to the professional basketball scene in Mexico.

#5. Kam'Ron Blue, a 25-year-old guard standing at 6'7'' and a graduate of Coppin St. in 2023, showcased his skills in a recent game in the Dominican Republic Liga Nacional de Baloncesto. Playing for Heroes de Moca, Blue led his team to a crucial 75-70 victory over the closely-ranked Reales. His remarkable performance earned him the MVP title of the game, contributing 18 points and 3 assists in 39 minutes of play. Currently, Heroes de Moca holds the third position in the league with a record of 8-6. With only two games remaining in the Regular Season, each match becomes increasingly important for the team's standings. Blue's consistent excellence on the court has been a key factor in his team's success, establishing him as a champion in the eyes of fans and analysts alike. Throughout the season, Blue has maintained impressive statistics, averaging 16.5 points per game, along with 3.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists. His strong presence and contributions have significantly boosted Heroes de Moca's performance, propelling them towards a strong finish in the league. As a finalist, Blue's exceptional skills and leadership have undoubtedly played a pivotal role in his team's journey towards success in the Liga Nacional de Baloncesto.

#6. Darius Leonard, a former Eagles alumni from 2015, currently playing professionally in the TBL, recently played a crucial role in the Raleigh Firebirds' narrow 1-point victory over the Fayetteville Liberty with a final score of 119-118 in a thrilling game on Saturday night. Despite only scoring 2 points in 3 minutes of play, Leonard's contribution proved to be decisive as he secured two crucial points against Fayetteville Liberty, ultimately leading his team to victory and earning him the title of champion in the game.
