#1. Jamonda Bryant Jr., a 6'1'' guard who graduated from Norfolk St. in 2023 and received the prestigious All-MEAC Player of the Year award, currently showcases his talents playing professionally in the Czech Republic. Despite his exceptional performance, the 26-year-old Bryant Jr. couldn't lead Pardubice (27-9) to victory in their recent game against Nymburk. The finalist Pardubice suffered an 81-73 defeat on the road, with Bryant Jr. contributing 11 points and 4 assists in 22 minutes of play. This marks Bryant Jr.'s inaugural season with the team, where he has been delivering an outstanding individual performance, averaging 19.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 1.9 steals per game. In the matchup against Nymburk, he once again displayed his skills by scoring 11 points, grabbing 2 rebounds, and dishing out 4 assists. Despite his commendable efforts, his team fell short, culminating in a disappointing result for the champion. Notably, Bryant Jr. previously participated in the Eurobasket Summer League, a renowned platform for players aspiring to pursue basketball opportunities overseas.
