Courtesy of Eurobasket LLC We bring you last week's top former Vulcans players who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. Darren Williams (5'8''-PG-2000, played in 2020-23, plays pro in Poland) was the major contributor in a HydroTruck Radom's victory against the closely-ranked Decka (16-12) 89-75 in the Polish 1Liga (second division) in Saturday night's game. He had a double-double by scoring 22 points and making 12 passes (went 5 for 5 at the free throw line) in 40 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Williams' first season in pro basketball. HydroTruck Radom (17-13) is placed ninth in the 1Liga. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Williams' first year with the team. He has individually a very good season with high stats. Williams averages 20.9ppg, 4.4rpg, 7.5apg and 1.3spg in 30 games he played so far.
#2. Experienced Alex Cabagnot (6'0''-G-1982, played in 2003-05, plays in South Korea). Cabagnot could not help Sono Skygunners (15-34) to beat Sakers (32-16) in the South Korean KBL. He did not impress in that game on Friday. Cabagnot scored only 2 points. Sono Skygunners were crushed95-64 on the road by the second-ranked Sakers. It's Cabagnot's first season with the team. This year he averages 4.0ppg and 1.3apg. Cabagnot is a naturalized Filipino.

Vuksanovic was MVP of the game. He scored 17 points and grabbed 9 rebounds (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) in 27 minutes; not bad, considering it's only Vuksanovic's third season in pro basketball. Viktor Sanikidze Academy (7-1) is placed first in the A League. It was his team's seventh consecutive victory in a row. The Regular Season already ended. Vuksanovic has relatively good stats this year 14.7ppg, 6.3rpg and 1.4apg in seven games.
